Come celebrate with us and learn about the history and healing benefits of Tai Chi & Qigong with the rest of the world! It begins in New Zealand and travels time zone to time zone across the globe. This is an interactive event, so dress comfortably for the occasion and join us from the comfort of your own home or backyard if the weather is nice!

Allison and Allyn of MoonWillow, and special guest, Jarett Sanchez of Fox Valley Tai Chi, will guide you through the history, benefits, and healing movement of Qigong, and Yang & Chen Style Tai Chi. Sadly, we are no longer at Young Masters in Woodstock since Covid shut down the facility in 2020, but we are continuing online and live classes in our area of northern IL. Stay posted by getting on our email list for future updates on class opportunities!

Our special guest for World Tai Chi Day 2024 is Jarett Sanchez, who was featured in the above video, and comes from the Chen Style of Tai Chi, but also works in Yang, and Southern Crane Kungfu.
