Level 4 Yang Long Form Training - 3rd Section - ZOOM

Progressing from Level 3 2nd Section of the Yang 108 Form (whether you learned in class, private sessions or previous Training program with Allison), for those who want to learn this final section of the Yang Long Form in more depth and detail than a regular class, this training is for you! 8 sessions, 2.5 hours each. Participation in Intermediate/Advanced Online classes in conjunction with training is strongly recommended.
